Part 1

OECTA's Equitable and Inclusive Schools, Part 1 course uses the power of storytelling and guided inward reflection, to provide candidates with the strategies to create spaces rooted in equity and inclusivity. Candidates will grow their knowledge of how to work in community with students, their families and fellow education staff to create identity affirming spaces.

This course will provide a foundational understanding of concepts used to support equitable outcomes for all learners K-12.
