Ontario’s education system is at a crossroads. It is suffering from annual funding cuts and a teacher recruitment and retention crisis. Real leadership and the genuine support and collaboration of the entire education community are needed to help move our system forward.

We hope Minister Smith will be open to listening to the perspectives of teachers, students, and other education experts to learn how our schools work, and ensure the government is making the proper investments to adequately prepare Ontario’s youth for the future."
